Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer therapy for children as well as adults?

Seeking therapy for children and young people can be daunting, however it can offer a safe space for young people to explore their feelings, thoughts, and experiences without judgement. It is normal for parents and carers to feel concerned about seeking therapy for their child, which is why we work alongside you and your child and explore ways to improve the child’s wellbeing and support you as parents and families.

At Best Life Therapy, we offer talking therapies, and other practical therapeutic approaches such as art therapy and play therapy for young people which is a fantastic and creative approach to talking therapy. By using artistic materials and expression, young people can make sense of their thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and develop coping strategies during difficult times.
